Automated Supplier Integration & Product Import System

Multi Mega Business has developed its own automated supplier integration system to connect authorized manufacturers, brands, suppliers, and external product sources with the MMB Marketplace.

With MMB SupplierSync™, authorized supplier product information can be automatically collected and integrated into our marketplace, including product names, SKUs, descriptions, specifications, variants, prices, images, videos, and other available product information.

The system can process supplier pricing and apply configured marketplace pricing rules, including applicable taxes, shipping/freight, other charges, and MMB’s platform/service fee, where configured for the relevant product and market.

This reduces manual product-entry work and allows authorized supplier products to be efficiently prepared and managed within the MMB Marketplace.

Our system is designed to make supplier integration and product management faster, more structured, and highly automated.

MMB works with approved suppliers, manufacturers, brands, importers, and distributors to make their products available through our marketplace.

Supplier product information may be integrated through approved sources and managed within the MMB Marketplace according to the agreed cooperation and authorization terms.

Commercial terms are agreed with each approved supplier according to the applicable products, market, fulfillment arrangement, pricing structure, payment method, and cooperation model.

Payment and settlement arrangements may vary depending on the supplier's country, business structure, and agreed marketplace terms.

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their products can be legally supplied, imported, distributed, and fulfilled in the applicable destination market.

Depending on the cooperation model, customer orders may be fulfilled by the supplier, authorized importer, distributor, warehouse, or another approved fulfillment partner.

Delivery methods, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, taxes, delivery times, warranty, returns, and other fulfillment terms are agreed according to the applicable market and supplier arrangement.

MMB welcomes manufacturers, brands, importers, distributors, and other legally established suppliers who are authorized to provide the products they offer through the marketplace.

Suppliers are expected to provide accurate product information and the appropriate authorization, registration, licensing, certification, or other documentation applicable to their products and business activities.

By registering as a supplier, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that, upon MMB approval and subject to the applicable terms and conditions, MMB may list and promote the supplier’s products on the MMB Marketplace.

For international supply, the supplier or its authorized importer, distributor, or fulfillment partner must have the appropriate legal arrangements required to supply the products in the applicable destination country, including any applicable import, customs, tax, product certification, telecommunications, or other regulatory requirements.

MMB may review supplier information, product data, authorization, and compliance documentation before approving products for marketplace listing.

Product authenticity, legal supply authorization, applicable regulatory compliance, import arrangements, taxes, customs, fulfillment, warranty, returns, and other supplier-specific obligations remain subject to the agreed cooperation terms and the responsibilities of the relevant supplier, importer, distributor, or fulfillment partner.
